Broken Heart Don't worry about this topic. Nothing about romance issue. Just about my cookery lesson. lol As I enroll the course to make pineapple pie( 鳳梨酥) and milk pudding(鮮奶酪) with two of my old classmates. And the lesson was pretty good. The teacher looks really young, guess she is same age as us.(that's young, don't argue) The pineapple pie is quite easy to make. At least I don't think that's hard to handle. hahahaha...........But happened a little accident when we baked them. The time I have to turn buttom side of the pie be the top, my only heart shape pie ..........it............broke. Because of my careless turn. Lucky that my teacher said she can give me a house..........shaped pie. hehehehehe......Give me a house. I wish. lol I should keep dreaming on it. Go to bed now. hahahahaha.........

Finally Met! Today is really exciting. As I met someone I have chatted a year online already. That's interesting to meet him then. That's fun to talk with someone nice as I really deadly hate dead air. Don't know how to break the ice. That's suck. Lucky that we chat happy tonight. We went to a japanese restaurant to have dinner. A waitress is really funny that keep 'looking after' our table. She first asked me that my friend can understand cantonese or not. (cause he is an italian) I told her that he can understand some of them. Then she asked me that where is he from and how long he here already. Godness! I can't answer that much as I have no idea to tell her or not. So I just smile and told her that to ask him directly if she doesn't mind. She did and he answered. He thinks that's strange as he went there many times but never happened such situation. lol He is suddenly be popular. hahahhaa........ And when the food arrived, she ask me that he can use chopsticks or not. I said he already hands with chopsticks , so that could be fine and thanks her caring. God! Mostly foreigners manage chopsticks better than us. Cause they follow instruction to learn how to handle chopsticks. However, I use chopsticks in wrong way, hold them like hold pen or pencil. My dad scolded me many times about that. But I just can't change, so I still use in wrong way but can pick up my food, that's okay for me. hahahahaha I found that italian is hard to speak also. But in written form sounds easier than in german. Anyway I have no talent in language, better focus on my terrible english. hahahahaha....... Ciao. I will learn two dessert tomorrow. Let see how terrible would my product be. lol

Your pity look is cute! Yesterday I heard something interesting. The time I can't find the button of the lift. The guy I met said ' here no lift, go next'. I just feel silly that I was not the first time to Time Square but I don't know that. I'm not sure what face was I when I heard that. Anyway, that boy said 'your pity look is cute!' I nearly collaspe. hahahahhaa.........Why is cute as look pity already? That sounds not make sense. Anyway, I should happy if someone said I'm cute. As I never think I am a cute girl.lol

Swearing Be honest, I don't swear much in my conversation. Even have, also just some mild expressions. Not really bad word. But that's funny that when I teach cantonese today. I told my student that need to be careful the pronounciation of 'small', tha'ts similar to a bad word. He keeps asking me to speak it out and ask me how to write it. ............... So I said it and he kept laughing. That's too funny, right? A teacher swears in lesson. I have an idea that's to have a lesson just teach foul language. Maybe that's funny too. hahahhaa..........I sounds not a good teacher. lol

Getting Better Today I feel I'm really getting better. As not so pain on waist, not cough a lot. I can back to normal. Act like insane again. lol A student borrowed me a comic book today. It's quite funny. I read half book when in MTR. That's fast to read. hahahaha.....I have long long long time didn't read any comics already. THe comics called 'Death Notes'. Talk about a high school student got a note book that has magic power to kill the person if he writes down the names. That sounds exciting.. Looking forward Vol . 2 hehehehehe........

TortureFlu torture me a week already. That's terrible. Now I really scared about BookFain. As I guess I got flu from there. (One of my students also got flu after went BookFair) Sore in bone, bad cough, running nose....They are killing me. HELP........Yesterday happened something too funny. I cough a lot last morning and suddenly feel very pain from spinal. Then I found that I can't walk very well as I twisted my waist from cough.. That's so PAIN.........I think that's the worst week for me. So bad luck. Flu, cough, hurt waist. Finished the school teaching job, I not yet have time to enjoy my holiday but flu occupied most of my time already.I will recover soon. I will have a dessert lesson the following Saturaday. Yummy Yummy. Taiwanese Snack. Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!

So PainMy feet are not mine now. They are totally in pain. I can't believe that how crowded was in bookfair.The time I went with sister, that's really crowded. I feel so sick about that. The first time I feel dizzy and can't breath when with a big crowd of people. My sister still joked me that. She is not nice.The first time I went bookfair but go the kids area also. lol. To buy flash cards and copybooks, so funny. lolI got a bit disappointed as those book stores didn't offer much discounts like before. The same price at the time when sale. So I didn;t buy anything. Even I want to buy 'the girl with pearl earrings'. The first few pages of the story is funny. About that famous painter talked with that girl in kitchen. hahahahhaaNeed to go sleep, my waist, legs and feet are all in pain now . That's what I paid for walk in bookfair for 3 hours. Even don't buy but still look and look and look with different stores. Surfing around. lol

UglyI cought two weeks up to now, still not yet recover. That's lucky as no fever, won't suspect me inflect SARS. hahahaha............But my skin is too sensative to my health condition. Terrible acens problem again. That make me look awful as spots on face, not tiny one. They didn't bother me for a year already. Sounds like the problem back this week. Damn it! Hope Aloe can help me. hahahahaAs my home plant aloe ourselves. Totally natual skin care product for whitening, UV protector and also can be treatment for burning hurt. That's totally cool. The time I got sunburn, I also use aloe for keeping my skin cool and watering. hehehehe.........I think my diary is no longer daily diary. lol. It become weekly or more than that. See 'House of Flying Daggers' tomorrow. Takeshi Kaneshiro. Yeah!!!!!!! I'm not big fans of him but he is cool in the trial. hehehehe.... Sure I don't interest in Zhang Zi Yi, lol

SurpriseThat's really amazing matches I saw yesterday. I just keep talking to the others but forgot to tell you guys here. lolSo suprise that the match of Italy with Thailand was not bad. Thailand is a potiental team I think.Something surprised me a lot that's my ticket was for two matches. That mean I saw the match of China Vs USA also. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!That's really exciting match. As China lost to USA by 0:3 last time in Switzerland. This match was really stressful for China Team. The first round China lost. I saw they play really hard as US women are really good at strong attack. Compare on physical, that's really have distance between chinese and american. Those girls are giants. but that's luckily as the 2nd round, China won back. Let me told you the marks in 5 rounds.China VS USA20 : 2528 : 2617 : 2525 : 2015 : 9 (maybe some marks of US team were wrong, I don't remember clearly already, lol)But You see?! CHINA WON USA. Cheers!!!!!!!!!I really enjoy the match much. I nearly will buy the ticket of matches on Sunday. But sure I didn't as don't have mauch money for this expenditure. lolI think I will see live match next year too. The atomsphere there is really cool. I cought for a week already, even with bad voice still scream a lot yesterday. So I'm in bad voice now. Very bad voice. hahahahhaa..........

Silly MeThe first day of my 'Long Vocation' ( ended the substitute teaching job) is in Typhoon. And that's strong one as we are in tyhoon signal no. 8.'The Typhoon in Kowloon will soon hide the moon' (from the play of 'My Fair Lady' in Hong Kong Version.) This sentence seems quite fit the day. hahahaha....A friend asked me to see movie or not under Tyhoon signal no.8. But the weather in the district I live was totally terrible, so sure didn't go. hahahaa........But he asked a good question that I never care about. The question was 'Under typhoon signal no.8, do restaruants still open? and still have MTR service or not?' Well, I really never pay attendion on them. So this time I really sit well to watch news at dinner time. Now I know the answer. Lol. I'm local but sounds like I don't know many things about here. That's ashame.Another matter that's I found out I am really a fool. My co-worker bought a ticket of Volleyball World Griant Prix. But I didn't ask her which countries in the match. Finally I found out that's not the team I love. My China Team!!!!!!!!! Now I only can watch Italy Vs Thailand. Have to see it soon. Have to run

NervousI will take my class to have dental check today. That nervous a lot. The first time I take kids out of school and there are 35 kids. God!!!First, I mixed up the date of dental check on Monday. Luckily that's not on Monday or I can't remind my students to bring their teethbrush and record. Now they can prepare that. That's really hard to remind them. I'm just as forgetful as them. hahahahahaa.......Anyway, I will tell you all after I back. Really nervous about what will happen. hahahahaha...............

Lucky MeLast night, I went out with a friend up to a be late. Lucky that we can catch the last MTR, otherwise would be bloody expensive to take taxi to home. hahahaha........On the way home, I feel so strange that my mother didn't phone me. Well, even I'm 23 already. But my dad still ask me to back home can't be too late. Sometimes 00:30, he also blames me. The time I just open the gate, my brother phoned me at the same time. hahahahaa..........I was surprised that as he went home earlier than me last night. He was back at 00:00. Good kids. hahahaha......This morning I woke quite early and my mum immediately asked me why back home that late. Lucky that her tone is not strict. I told her I was chatting with friend in coffee shop and forgot time. That's really fun. She listened me. That's great she is not angry or complain anything. hehehehehe.........Actually she is more understandable than dad. (but I have no idea dad knows when I back or not as the time I home, he already slept, lol)Anyway, that's exciting as the first time I caught the last train to go home. hahahaha..........And that's always nice when make a nice friend more. Yeah!!!!

HelpI don't feel my body is mine today. Very sore !!!!!!!! Don't want to get bed this morning. Why is that? Not because got ill. That's beacuse of my dance lesson last night.Right, I back to learn chinese traditional dance again. (After I quit my team a year) Can you guess what our teacher said? 'Did You guys do any excerises the last year? You guys totally inflexible!' Well, especial me. Even I practise yoga, seems can't help me much. I'm too old to have formal training of dance. Sigh..............Now I feel my lower half body is not mine and shoulder also. When i will feel better? Probably next wednesday! But I have dance lesson again at that night. lol

Hard TimeWhen I free a few days but suddenly have many staffs need to do, that nervous me as I afraid I forgot to do something. I am just too forgetful. Plus in ill now, don't feel easy to concentrate on work, keep making mistake on students' records. GRRR............Yesterday, we have singing contest. Thatt's fun as our principal also sang a song 'Carry on till tomorrow'. And the students were very happy and enjoy even he sang not well. Atomsphere was totally cool.Today, we have 'Summer Music Fun' which is a musical show for an hour. The show was cool! Even we watch live show at classroom. (J4-6 in hall, my class is J2, at classroom) That's nice as have good technology. Have two schools as guests to preform in show too. Jazz band and Jazz dance,.I love here so much, even the work load is much ( I already is the one most free) but I feel that worth. As kids are so awesome.

Don't be greedyI admit that sometimes I'm too greedy. Just like last weekend, I learnt a lesson. Happy hour! Buy one get two always tempated, sure to me also. Actually, even I just get a sip of beer also in tipsy. So can't use how red is my face to stop drinking. hahahhaa.........I just know myself. Two glasses of light cocktail won't let me drunk. But that night, I over estimate myself. I threw up at street. That's disgusting and embarassing to tell. Terrible!!!I guess that's because the time I wait bus on street, there was too hot and feel not easy to breath. Similar two years before, the time I drank two bottles of Woody's and threw up when answering an oversea call. My friend keep complaining that I heard her voice and threw up, that's hurt. hahahahahhahahaa..........I can't help. Anyway, enjoy wine but don't let yourself in pain. I don't like the feeling of hang over or throw up, etc.Right, I ordered a cocktail called 'gold' at first. Its taste is too bad. I asked the waiter about whether I can change the second glass as another drink or not because of the taste is really unacceptable bad.(for me only, maybe others like, I can't be a standard) That waiter is really nice. He asked the manager and back to tell me about I can change the order and still count me as first glass still. That mean totally I have three drinks. But I only sipped 'Gold' two sips only. I can't stand that taste really. But I appreciate the service there. Even their food just average.That's really crap as Friday's night, my gin with 7 up also had problem. After my first sip, I can say that as gin with syrup not 7-up, totally no sparkling. I need to ask a waitress change it. But run to our table is a girl who promote beer, not a waitress there. She seems very interest to talk with the only guy at our table. hahahaha.........That's fun, as my friend no interest to talk with her. Even we 5 girls think he is too mean as don't talk with that girl. Anyway, I got a new glass of 'Fresh' gin with 7-up. I can see a lot of bubbles. Even they just add more carbon dioxide in, that's okay for me. As carbon dioxide gives the difference of soft drink and syrup. hahahahhaa.......I must tell you all, I seldom drink. I'm not alcoholic. :P
